About Your Instructor
Beverly Vanover received her Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Her experience in the field of mental health includes working as a community-based therapist, school-based therapist, hospital-based therapist and therapeutic day treatment therapist. She has experience facilitating mental health and 12-step program groups for the community, as well as in the institutional setting. She is a Distance Credentialed Counselor (DCC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas, Missouri and Texas.
